hey babes!!!!!!!! well i was never a fan of my huge sensivity and the way i feel everything so deeply and take all my emotions very seriously
so i always felt that i needed to work on that in order to be a more happy person and to reach some mental balance, and i read something about non attachment (that i dont quite remember in details) but i tried , still am, to apply that in my life
to feel things (the way u guys know only a pisces moon feel and realize and not verbalize the things we see) but also to have a more distant and wise view about it, that comes with our understanding of human nature and relating ourselves with peoples faults; and not getting too to attached to my impressions, cos i learned that im also responsable for my interpretations of the facts, i mean, some situation becomes what it is when i judge it in a certain form... but theres a zillion perspectives for it that i try to reach
anyways, i would like to ask u if any of u use the non attachment ''technique'' (lol) or some similar one to deal with ur feelings and soul pain..
