the man that i am drawn to just does not like to talk about mystical stuff or occult stuff.
he just dismisses it as b.s...
he's more into working hard at non-conforming, and only talking about sex, nothing else.
why?
has any of u been in this spot too, and then eventually found your pisces-moon sensitivity, mysticism, etc?

Re: un-mystical pisces moon
Sat, January 5, 2008 - 4:35 PMIs he the moon in pisces or are you? If it is he than I would venture to guess it is the result of not being exposed to these things or having negative experiences when he did talk about any of these experiences resulting in suppressing them to fit in like the chameleons we are. Also the pisces is two fish swimming in opposite directions so what anyone says about is there will also be opposite permutations because we are kind of the result of every other signs journey through the zodiac.
If You are the pisces moon well I can relate. I usually attract the man who has never heard of or thought of differing planes of existence or sensitivities to the unknown or astrology or other systems of symbols. In my own way I did not push this on him but I did expose him to my own experience with these things. And others tend to drop some of their suspicion when our preminitions or insights into people tend to be true.
But be careful because sometimes the more aggressive person sees us and their horns come out part of my journey as a sensitive pisces type is to stay away from those that seek to trample on us and do not value our precious attributes....we are rare you know and noone is going to take care of us if we don't. -

Re: un-mystical pisces moon
Sat, January 5, 2008 - 6:22 PMhe is the Pisces Moon. Scorpio sun, too.
he's very much into active non-conforming, and cold logic...
i'm Cancer sun Scorpio rising.
he's asked me why i like dark things (meaning those that seem depressing but actually teach some lessons about life and psychological relations), and also dismissed my interest in mysteries as waste of time.
i think it's unfair...

Re: un-mystical pisces moon
Wed, January 16, 2008 - 6:09 AMBeing the Scorpio rising means that it is how you perceive the world. You are attuned to the Scorpio aspect. anr many moons in Pisces that I have met have no interest for the psychic though they can be sensitive when it pleases them.
Pisces moon is also pooping up in psychologically abusive people.
It could be a question of disowning the sensitivity and ease that too much the Pisces brings. As a matter offact it could make it worse as the person really runs away from this. -

Re: un-mystical pisces moon
Wed, January 16, 2008 - 6:16 AM...and being a man with a Pisces moon makes it worse and the Scorpio will kick in protectively. He may not want to look there for a long time and you can't really force a Scorpio to do anything because they will retaliate at one point. He is trying to be "logical" and will come out in his own time.
But I am only judging on two aspects.
I know a person with this aspect and he is an abusive, very stubborn but physically sick. He does his dirt and runs to other men for support and sympathy. This is an old guy. -

Re: un-mystical pisces moon
Wed, January 16, 2008 - 7:19 AMIt would be great to look at his chart to see where is rising is. It could be Aquarius making him "scientifc and controversial" in outlook or some earth sign such as Taurus, making him simply "closed-minded and obtuse" for exemple. The personnality would then not be integrated and the rest of the horoscope is striving to come out.
He would then pick "witches" that carry the energy for him and that he can dismiss.
Not a fun role.
He could actually go through a long period of his life doing that because Scorpio is extremely stubborn and slow in getting it. They get stuck on repeat and repeat and repeat and repeat...
Once integrated into the personnality, these elements are great but you could play Medusa for a very long time. Yes, unfair... -

Re: un-mystical pisces moon
Wed, January 16, 2008 - 5:00 PMThank you for taking the time to reply, Eniad...
I have been struggling with this person for quite awhile now.
Common sense would tell me that I shouldn't be with him,
however I cannot help being drawn to him.
(In synastry, his South Node and my Venus has a wide conjunction...?)
You are right about Aquarius rising... =)
However I met another ScorpioSun/AquariusRising man, and he's pretty open to these things.
I read in "the Rising Sign" book that astrology and metaphysics are also Aquarian areas...
So maybe someday the Pisces Moon will open up to that... we'll see...
btw, this is his chart...

"Scorpio is extremely stubborn and slow in getting it. They get stuck on repeat and repeat and repeat and repeat... "
--> I have a problem with that myself, too, but at least I am determined to change this year... It's not easy because of our stubbornness, but I found myself several ways to help me internalize and integrate the changes...
re: pisces moon being psychologically abusive.
i need some clarifications on that part - i'm afraid i have no clear idea about that...
i'm afraid it might mean that if i continue sticking with him, it might mean/imply that i am, in a way, addicted to psychological abuse...?
if that is true, i'd like to rid myself of that... -

Re: un-mystical pisces moon
Wed, January 16, 2008 - 5:45 PMDang, he has a rising in Aquarius! but his Dragon's head is also there in the First House so that is his life direction.
Still, he has all that water...but he is going from Seventh House to the First Me...Me ..Me head first Arian overlay so he is very split, somehow and will probably end up projecting a lot of disowned material. Aquarious is famous for doing that..
His past was In Leo in the Relationship House but he is trying to get away from that on a soul basis. If I read your chart correctly, you would have been there in the past with him as a love relationship but he is now moving in a new direction, full blast. Yes, it is sad meeting the soul of a former lover and sometimes there is a resonnance but his soul and he have new projects for him now....he does not mean to remain there.
The comment on Pisces Moon is not about you though your Cancer Sun can be equally sensitive.
I meant to stated that contrary to the myth there are Pisces Moon that are abusive. They can become very emotional and loose their footing and mentally diseased in modern parlance when the moon is badly aspected.
There were some famous Nazis with this position and a woman who almost abused her son to the point of death with the help of her doctor husband. But they were soft in appearance. I think that in thses cases, Pluto was also involved.
This was from a book on pathological astrology (Sybil Leek?) and another one on karmic astrology (Judy Hall).
I'm an avid reader and have read for many years -

Re: un-mystical pisces moon
Wed, January 16, 2008 - 6:16 PMi wish i didn't have to meet the former lover, then... why does it have to happen?
*
while saying "addicted to psychological abuse," i meant that... if he's abusive, and i'm taking it because i do not see it, then i must be addicted/accustomed to such abuse...
of course we don't want to assume that he's psychologically abusive; i'd like to learn more about psychological abuse, what's it like?
i read "the Hades Moon" book. (i have Moon quintile Pluto)
my best friend is currently facing an issue related to that, even though she has no Moon/Pluto aspects in her chart.
But her mother has Aquarius Moon opposite Leo Pluto...
And her father abandoned them too.
She's currently the breadwinner, and is on the verge of breaking down, like she can't take it anymore... -
