When I was a child I had asthma, and allergies, enough to have shots. I was out every semester for two weeks with something usually strep throat. I took asthma medication only when I absolutely needed it and only half. It made me quite jittery. I was doused with antibiotics which tore up my intestinal balance.
I have learned much about health and the immune system. I choose body work, like Chiropractic. A lifestyle of no drugs, herbs, sometimes homeopathics, meditation, yoga, swimming, and doing my best to live congruently with thought and action. I eat organic most often. I have been following Eat Right For Your Blood Type example. I have found all of these things to be very supportive for my daughter and myself. So much I choose to pass it on.

I can't even take paracetemol plus without going all stoned. I took two once and was convinced I was going to die! But this happens to my sister aswell and she has a Cancer moon. If I drink one cup of coffee in the morning I'll be up all night. I think it's cos we are so dreamy we have a higher amount of a certain chemical in our brain which along with any medications would cause overdose type effects. But I've basically experimented with most drugs except for the really bad ones in my opinion crack and heroin. E's were the worst. Cocaine never really had an effect on me at all for some reason. I do have a problem with alcohol whereas I hardly ever drink but when I do one or two drinks never seem to be enough...unfortunately my hangovers last about 3 days.
