I'm a virgo sun and virgo rising with a pisces moon.

I think the attraction comes from the position in charts. They oppose each other in lots of ways.

I'd probably, as a pisces moon feel just fine around a cancer sun, virgo moon, virgo rising but I'd wonder how being so dang practical with emotions is to relate to....if that makes any sense. Since the Moon is indicative of personality, individuality and the unconscious/subconscious, I'd think that the enchanting is for you to gain understanding/knowledge and are drawn for that reason. Pisces moons are notoriously "too open" so being a virgo moon and virgo rising that may seem novel and endearing as well as a bit unusual. That's my three cents ;-)
