Welcome fellow Moon Fish!
Only in recent years has it come to my attention how critical the Moon sign really is within our personalities. My sun and rising sign have dominated my outward personality for the majority of my life, and yet, underneath has been this moon sign, Pisces, being a source of extreme sensitivity and rich dreamworld life, and mystical tendencies. Unlike sunsign Pisces, the moonsign Pisces I've known have been more apt to keep it under wraps. the moon sign is our hidden self.
I'll post more what I've discovered about this significant mark to our personalities, and what a beautiful gift we have been bestowed with - for my moon sign I am so thankful, for without it, how dreary life might be! My imagination and my creativity are my salvation.
I'd love to hear from the rest of you out there what it means to you, how you express this aspect of yourself, what you know about it (I'm not a professional astrologer by any means!) and we can discuss various other astrological aspects as well :) I look forward to discussing and celebrating this blessed aspect with you all!

Re: Moon in Pisces - welcome
Tue, February 17, 2004 - 8:25 PMIt'd be tough for me to just single out my Pisces moon aspect, for I'm probably one of the purest forms of Pisces you'll run across - Sun, Moon, Ascendant, Saturn, and Chiron all in Pisces! On top of that my Ascendant is conjunct with my Pisces moon, which supposedly just enhances those energies. Sigh....
Being the quad Pisces (I don't really count Chiron), I'd be curious as to whether you normals :) feel a drive to help people, even to the point of self-sacrificing, and if you feel like you can just stare into people's souls & get complete access to their past & present emotions. -

Re: Moon in Pisces - welcome
Mon, February 23, 2004 - 12:02 AMWow. what a chart. yes, I imagine it's a bit challenging for you to single out your moon aspect! its a little easier for me, I'm Taurus sun, Cancer rising.
my moon in pisces belies my inner secret self which has been becoming more and more part of my outward self. I feel I was my sunsign as a child, grew into my rising sign, processed all that cancer emotional stuff, and am moving straight into actualization of my moon sign!
yes, I feel a powerful drive to help humanity, my line of work shifted to being a healer a couple years back. I have a tendency to be self-sacrificing, but I catch myself (I think the Taurus steps in - practical & business minded ;)
I am empathic and get intuitive hits off people, and my psychic abilities are becoming more prominent, through dreams and "knowing" and "seeing" the energy of others. But it does not sound like the same intensity as what you experience - and what I know other Pisces are capable of experiencing - since you are sunsign Pisces, you're already there. or potentially there. I have met incredibly psychic powerful pisces who can see right into people's souls, and I have met the pisces who are addicted to substances because they can't handle what they see!
Pisces are often perceived as the end of the wheel, the perfect spiritually actualized being, getting ready to move off this planet and leave the wheel of incarnation. the lot of them seem tortured souls, and some that I've met who are very spiritual, healers, tend to be very self-sacrificing, overly so, enough to run themselves into the ground. I have to remind them to take care of themselves too!
while this is all sunsign, the same potential is there for moonsign pisces, all the same can hold true but not usually so external and obvious at least at first. some people never make their moonsign their external personalities, I just seem to be. or perhaps I'm just becoming a more readily apparent cocktail of all three :)
I believe Pisces Moon is a very spiritually powerful, sensitive position, and those who have it could learn to really access this powerful side of themselves, should they choose to become aware of it and truly accept what they are capable of becoming. it doesn't have to remain a secret side, but even if you want it to remain your inner secret self, lets hear about it :) although quad-pisces wouldn't relate to this bit about inner-pisces-self! ;)

Re: Moon in Pisces - welcome
Fri, September 15, 2006 - 1:30 PMHey there, Jay. I'm only a moon in pisces gal, and I can honestly say that I don't feel that drive tugging on my soul like you do. I feel just enough of the pisces breaking through my sagittarius sun to cause me some confusion, and some depression mixed with sympathy. And as I get older (I'm only 19) I am realizing I'm very sensitive more and more... and more. I look at people like you who have such a beautiful collaboration of aspects like that, and if anyone feels the way I do with the unique mixture of conflicting signs in my sun moon and rising. Any thoughts?

This happens to me and I'm far more virgo in nature;-p The power of the moon is one of the only things "emotional" that I relate this to. The virgo probably enhances the self-sacrificing though I've tried and do limit that to those who my analytical brain says will help.
Think my pisces moon allows me to feel my own emotions strongly, deeply and with compassion *most of the time*. It has an interesting dance there with mars in gemini.

I am a Cap w/ Virgo rising , however , alot of people who are privy to astrology pick up on my Piscean nature.... the cap weighs heavy , yet i feel that my moon is very very strong. In fact ,I feel (notice I said "I feel" ) that I follow my heart much of the . I am extra sensitive to my environment , and in many situations,I pick up on what other people are feeling , even before they consciously know what they are feeling ; in otherwords , my very , very first impressions are often right .What happens thoguh , is that when I get these early impressions , i think I am being paranoid , or overly imaginative....
I would say Moon in Pisces is a Blessing and a curse......

Re: Moon in Pisces - welcome
Tue, February 1, 2005 - 5:39 PMI think that is really powerful that you've realized that about yourself - that you can trust your initial impression, or your 'intuition' - this is what I had to learn through my lifetime- that I am that sensitive, and that I can trust myself. That I DO know.
It IS a gift, if you listen to yourself :)
can save alot of time, trauma, and headaches if we all just trusted our wonderful lunar-fish intuitions!

Sun, December 30, 2007 - 5:24 AM"What happens thoguh , is that when I get these early impressions , i think I am being paranoid , or overly imaginative.... "
ding, ding, n more ding. With the virgo rising, you'll also pick up on the subtle things with your mind though feel it and tend to question it. Pisces moon is incredibly intuitive, really all signs can be. When it comes to this combo though, I relate.
The questioning is natural for the combo but the power that comes internally when recognizing that those first impressions are usually the most accurate, or the first thought when open, is a great gift!

Wed, April 14, 2004 - 12:52 AMI cried just half the day away today for no reason. That's Pisces Moon to me. Sun, Moon (aracnet moon in Pisces),Mercury, Venus (Aries cusp) in Pisces...... Forgive me if I'm not coherent. I'm a drowning my wet moon in a clowd of MaryJuana smoke.

Wed, June 9, 2004 - 2:26 PMBoth my parents are pisces and I'm a libra with pisces moon, aquarius rising and sun in libra. I also have my venus in scorpio which is insane sometimes. Anyone else have 'funny feelings' or 'premonitions'? I've had them since I was little, but the most frightening one was when the space shuttle blew up back in the 80s...I had one of those 'funny feelings' before that happened. -

Sat, July 3, 2004 - 6:57 PMI have Pisces moon, jupiter and mercury...so I think/feel or rather, feel/think ala pisces. It has been challenging throughout my life and only when I accepted my "gift" did it really start to bring magic into my experience. At times lots of struggle, yet when I surrender and get out of my own way, life is unbelievably beautiful and satisfying.

I haven't read the other posts yet but wanted to comment on the welcome/intro one. It slants the influence in a better way then I brush over it in my mind. I am glad to find others with a Pices Moon because I have felt it is a strong silent influence on my internal thoughts. -

Thu, November 18, 2004 - 7:37 PMI am aquarian sun, pisces moon. Discovering my moon helped explain so much to me. I no longer feel the need to struggle with or explain all those watery "feelings" that wash over me. Since I was a child I longed to be near the water and would become very depressed when we would leave it . I recently moved to the coast where I am able to indulge myself as often as I need to. How nice to be able to wade into the great mama, and let her clease me! I am so happy to have found you all! -

Wed, December 29, 2004 - 9:16 PMI'm new to the tribe, and also an Aqua sun, Pisces moon, as I just discovered today. I think my Pisces moon manifests in my spirituality more than anything else. Also, I've felt that beneath my cool Aqua exterior runs a deep river of emotions. Now it makes sense. I have the typical Aquarian sense of detachment combined with Piscean intuition.

Re: Moon in Pisces - welcome
Fri, November 19, 2004 - 12:57 PMI'm a Virgo born on a full moon in Pisces. Virgo and Pisces are opposing signs, which makes life interesting, sometimes contradictory and sometimes balancing. Either way, I cherish my Pisces moon and wouldn't trade it for anything. -
-
Re: Moon in Pisces - welcome
Sun, December 26, 2004 - 7:39 PMYes, I too have sun in virgo and moon in opposing pisces. I am an organizer and run two non-profits, but a mystic and artist as well. I find that, in my life, they balance each other out very nicely. My pisces moon will theorize about spirituallity and then my virgo sun will organize it into a pallatable and logical arguement, and then my gemini rising will communicate it in the most poetic yet straight forward way possible... heehee...
But I have always connected deeply with my moon in pisces, and cherish the beautiful emotions that I can find in myself, that I am able to find beauty in all places and manifestations. Recently I have been reveling, even, in the beauty of the purity of emotion in reaction to tragedy. My recognition the grace of an emotion so pure and thru is the only way that I am able to do the activists work that I do with my virgo sun and gemini rising, the only way that I can look the world in the face every day and then choose to give my all to make it a better place.
But I find myself crying more and more since I learned that it is part of my nature with the pisces moon! and it feels good.
Salaam Alaikum -

Re: Moon in Pisces - welcome
Tue, February 1, 2005 - 5:54 PMwhat a pairing of opposites. I imagine the Virgo-earth- sunsign lets you be practical. I am very grateful myself for being a Taurus heavily influenced by water (cancer rising, pisces moon) because after a long and very dreamy childhood, I have been able to take on the practical matters of existance in a way that I see my Pisces sunsign boyfriend, and countless other Piscean friends, really struggle with. With my Taurean grounding I can accomplish whatever I set my heart on doing - including manifesting dream images through sculpture, painting, or manifesting the line of work I desire, etc. in other words able to take practical steps to bring vision to physical form.
like an embassador between the two worlds - mystical and physical reality, I can play in both comfortably. and sunsign Pisces needs us to translate practical reality sometimes :) -
-
Re: Moon in Pisces - welcome
Tue, March 1, 2005 - 12:46 PMYes, I have a handful of planets in Virgo in addition to the sun, and definitely appreciate the Pisces moon influence being brought in, all in all a good combination. My girlfriend is actually a Pisces Sun with a Virgo moon, and it has been quite an amazing, entertaining, and well balanced pairing.

Re: Moon in Pisces - welcome
Sat, July 16, 2005 - 2:27 PMI am born on a full moon too!! I don`t think it is a good combination, because I am constantly unsatisfied, when my moon is satisfied my sun isn`t and othe r way around...I always want something else! If I get something I realise it is not THAT...and who knows what that is...
The thing that I like the most about pisces moon is great love for music and imagination...daydreaming...
What worries me the most is that famous pisces masochism...when we subconciently want to suffer...and that suffering feels so purifying (I am sorry for the mistakes, english is not my native language...)

Melissa -
-
Re: Moon in Pisces - welcome
Tue, August 18, 2009 - 1:01 AMMelissa,
I would say that the feeling of not being so normal comes more from Aquarius rising (1st house). Pisces is more about lack of understanding from the environment and super sensitivity and generosity that creates a feeling of no boundaries between the self and the outside environment. I am a Pisces moon, sun and mercury with mars in Aquarius, ascendant sag. I feel that my truth, the Pisces truth is the normal way and that all others are lacking in understanding of that truth as they can't often match my depth of perception. Having three personal planets in Pisces makes it a little difficult to differentiate which affects what (feelings, thoughts, emotions, desires etc). All in all I feel that I could spend my entire life dreaming and speaking with other people about the true universe, spiritualism and philosophy and art and sciences because they're all one. Bottom line for me is - Pisces is where we lack clear borders, where all dissolves into oneness and where we sacrifice something (it must be sacrificed if we want to be in the one). Mine is in the 4th house which means a lot of sacrifice in my childhood and the need to create a more solid framework as an adult. That's how I see it anyway.

Cancer Ascendant
My combo has resulted in my becoming a spiritual counselor, teaching and doing private client work with astrology, tarot, and shamanism. My Pisces Moon is pivotal in shaping that work.
I've always been drawn to Pisces Moon people very strongly... 2 out of the 3 most important relationships in my life were with other Pisces moon people... now I have a Scorpio moon partner which is different but still works for me.
I think Pisces Moon people are blessed with an understanding that there's "reality" as we all agree to it for the purposes of daily living but that the real "rules" are far more fluid and paradoxical than most others want to admit.
We're a special breed and I am glad to have found this tribe!

Re: Moon in Pisces - welcome
Sat, April 9, 2005 - 5:21 PMNice to read what you all experience. I too, often know what people want before they do, and pick up on the SUBTLEST hint of mood or outlook. I'm also one of those lunar pisceans that lives it out through incredible communion with animals. Very few animals dislike or distrust me when they meet. Cancer Sun, Leo rising, Scorp Jupiter and also lots of air in the chart as well- so I can sit around and rationalize (to a fault) the crap out of my sea of emotions! oy! Thanks all for sharing. I'm sure many of you out there have the animals thing, yes? -
-
Re: Moon in Pisces - welcome
Mon, April 11, 2005 - 9:35 AMhey Rachel, it hadn't occurred to me my communion with animals had anything to do with being Pisces Moon. this would be good as a new thread, to see how many people chime in!
I for one have an extremely strong link to animals, more than most people, I don't really see a distinction between us. My cat is, literally, my child (well, I did bottle raise him, afterall :)~
I too experience animals liking me and trusting me even the ones that are mean or don't like anybody. -

Re: Moon in Pisces - welcome
Sat, May 21, 2005 - 7:20 PMSun, Mercury in Pisces Square Neptune, as well as Moon in Piscean. Oh yeah and Venus in the 12th House. So you could say I'm quite Piscean. In fact I would say I've probably lived out everthing that goes with it. I'm certainly acutely sensitive to my surroundings! But you know my Sun and Mercury are in 1st house, square Mars, and my Moon is square Saturn. So I have some harsh aspects that give me a bit of an edge as it were!! Although it's true us Pisces can end up be quite selfless, it's sometimes forgotton that our omnipotence can also lead us to being grossly self-centred. Poseiden, God of the Sea, could be an absolute tyrant when he caused floods.

Pisces Moon: aka: Sponge Heart
Wed, May 25, 2005 - 8:24 AMFirst off, I love Tribe and I don't know where I have been but I just found it.
Second, yes I think that our moon sign is super important, in many ways more so than our "sun" sign which is often more recognized by the west and more "male".
My moon is in Pisces (in vedic as well which they say means I have carried it with me through past lives so it must be strong within me).
My sun is in scorp
Rising Libra, merc Libra
Venus Sag and mars virgo
north node aries.
So...here's the deal, I have had trouble shall we say "embracing" my pisces moon. Meaning I have always feared getting lost in it, I find pisces moon people even more sensitive than say a pisces sun. By that I mean, they don't necessarilly show it as easily as a pisces sun but behind closed doors...just the slightest little crack in the world can bring them to tears.
I visited San Francisco for the first time 2 weeks ago and literally decided that I could not go to a school there bc I could not deal with seeing all the homeless people.
I know this is real life but it just breaks my heart and makes me feel so depressed bc I know that we all all the same deep down, that homeless person on the street could be me if I lost all my money, friends and shelter.
So, it's a struggle having this placement and trying to decide if I really want to help people - without drowning myself.
After all...what good is trying to heal others if you can't heal your own wounds?
So, yes, having a pisces moon can be awesome but it can also be like having a sponge for a heart. I was this close to an aries moon...sometimes I wish I had that...a little selfishness would be nice.
Ah I could go on but I won't ....that's it for now.
Ciao.

Re: Pisces Moon: aka: Sponge Heart
Mon, May 30, 2005 - 7:20 PMI've read all these postings that making Pisces Moon a bit of a bleeding heart. I can understand this but I also understand more and more that aspects are really important too. I have a 1st House Moon square Saturn and sextile Mars & Venus. I guess Saturn makes me more emotionally inhibited, but the 1st House/ Mars gives me too much fire. Which explains why I find it difficult to connect to the gushy aspects of Pisces Moon. My emotional life has been more of a David Lynch movie than a sad love story! Luckily it's a bit more Zen-like nowadays!! -

Re: Moon in Pisces - welcome
Fri, August 12, 2005 - 8:27 PMi myself am a triple water sign and have known for all of my life the power of my destiny. it is both a curse and a gift, but all and all i wouldn't be anything else! pisces moon is my motivator, it is how i view me, myself. i have always felt a step higher then thoughs around me and often wondered why noone else sees things my way. i have met several others with my same fate and i have to say the unreal plane that exsists between earth and the stars definately exisists. do you remember your past lives? i have known them since birth, they haunt my dreams. the power of pisces is knowledge and it is a curse as well! my karmic balance has beat me down, but now, i think all evil has been repayed, because now things look better, but i have to live with the knowledge, knowing what i did, repaying thoughs i have wronged and thoughs to which i most give! (sorry saki high ;) ) blah blah blah!!!!!!!!

Re: Moon in Pisces - welcome
Fri, September 9, 2005 - 3:22 PMBeautiful post Stormy...it seems as if one thing Pisces moons have in common is they are not as verbal as the other moon signs..at least that is what I can see on Tribe.
My moon though is probably the most tender part of me...the part I don't show...the one that cries if I see a dog alone on the rode and yet my scorpio sun and mars in virgo would not think twice about riding someone's tail if they are driving too slow.
My pisces moon makes me extra sensitive to what people say and it also makes me go wishy washy when I feel pressured to commit to something.
Pisces moon is the side of me that will tolerate for an hour listening to an obviously mentally unstable person (when I was stuck working a front desk position) but will cut someone right off if I think they are being rude or talking on their cell phone right in front of me.
So it makes me a softie when I need to be but maybe it's my scorpio or maybe there is a side to Pisces and I think there is that can be down right mean if they feel someone is being a jerk.
Ciao. -

Re: Moon in Pisces - welcome
Tue, September 20, 2005 - 3:04 AMHi all.
I have Sun,Mercury, and Venus in Scorpio along with Moon in Pisces square its dispositor Neptune with 1'22 orb. I also have Mercury and Venus parallel Neptune as well as Saturn oppose/contraparallel Neptune. Actually, I have a t-square of Moon in Pisces in 6th square the opposition of Saturn in Gemini in 9th and Jupiter-Neptune in Sagittarius in 3rd. I have Virgo Ascendant. I have a history of Auditory/Dysphonetic Dyslexia which was misdiagnosed as psychotic disorder by psychiatrists because of my Dyslexic speech irregularities a few years ago. I have also been mistaken for being gay because I have an apparent strong feminine nature, and it shows in my physical appearance and my voice. A lot of people told me that I sound like Michael Jackson who has Moon in Pisces. I have been mistaken for being stupid because of my short term memory problems that stem from my Dyslexia. Of course, regular kids called me "retard" a lot when I was in special ed for 3 years. I am also mixed with Black,Portuguese,English,German,French,Italian,Puerto Rican,Native American, and Jewish. I feel that it is mixed background and my special ed experiences that has led me to believe in unity and universal love as well as treating others like I want to be treated.
I am pursuing a career in holistic health, and I recently got certified in massage therapy. I also want to be a professional astrologer, and I do give free readings since 1999.

Re: Moon in Pisces - welcome
Wed, December 14, 2005 - 5:42 PMhello everyone...Im finally joined to tribenet....I'm a Virgo sun, Pisces moon(which I myself see the most in me) and Taurus asendant. I have my moon in pisces in the 8th house....I've had trouble with substance abuse for a few years....no wonder, pisces moon i guess. Can anyone tell me why I think Im more like a pisces and not very much like a Virgo?????? -

Re: Moon in Pisces - welcome
Sun, January 15, 2006 - 2:30 PMhummm. I'm not sure, myself, but I often find that, despite my gemini sun and other signs, the pisces moon seems to stand out as being the most potent. IT seems to me as if since it is a water sign, and the moon is awfully watery, that its sensitivity is probably enhanced in this position. Aw man. You have that opposition! my mom had it, too, but she was a pisces with virgo moon. there was a lot of confusion there...

Wed, January 11, 2006 - 9:58 PMNot quite like a year has gone by since this thread started. Reading most of your comments it does seem like we have commonality in the Pisces moon.
Sun Taurus-Aries cusp
Moon Pisces-Aries cusp
Rising Gemini
Venus in Aries (I seem to be flirting with Aries)
Do any the guys cry tears of gladness in movies when it finally turns out OK. -

Re: Moon in Pisces - welcome
Thu, January 12, 2006 - 11:57 AMI'm not a guy but I want to respond to this anyway:
I really try not to cry openly anywhere (scarred from childhood of my mother telling me never to let anyone see you cry in public...ha ha this sounds dramatic but it's true).
Anyway, I can make it through most films and not cry but lately, especially if it involves animals, I cry....like King Freakin' Kong...I KNOW the end of that damn movie but when he was being taken from his kingdom? I had to leave the theatre and cry in a stall in the bathroom.
I cry most easily when it mirrors my own sense of being violated, trapped, abused etc...
Yeah my issues...damn pisces moon, so bloody sensitive.

Sat, January 14, 2006 - 5:20 PMYeah, them dreams get pretty trippy. swinging with the stars, vacating the flesh, merging with animals who are desperatly in love. I mean were all they got. Their homes are pretty fucked up and distorted. Them pisces moon's are on the rise to displace the vacant spaces of the world with art. -

Re: Moon in Pisces - welcome
Sun, February 5, 2006 - 9:08 PMI am an Arian with a Pisces moon which makes me a bit spastic. I forge ahead of myself and then my emotional side catches up with the rest of me. I am extremely psychic. Maybe I am also disjointed in time (Gemini rising) with various parts of me are living in different time periods all at once but harmoniously thanks to my Pisces moon. It makes for interesting living, no apologies. I have learned to live with all my contradictions, happily.
The gift of the Pisces moon unfolds in time. It is complex, unfurling layers upon layers cutting softly through unfathomable depth. All signs are said to be comprised in Pisces and Pisces is considered the end of the Zodiac. The moon your instinctual self. Once you have mastered Pisces down pat it is alleged that you are done with this system. Heady stuff, you moons in Pisces! Are you ready to ride the beam of light like Einstein, a Piscean, did in his dream and theory? -

I'm new to tribe; and the reason I joined is because this thread caught my eye as I was surfing.
BTW, I hope everyone is enjoying the New Moon in Pisces. I am. :-)
I want to read all of threads before I say more. This is my first post, and I want to get the feel of the board before I start getting chatty.

Re: Moon in Pisces - welcome
Fri, March 3, 2006 - 12:34 PMHmmm. My moon in pisces squares my sun in gemini. And my moon is the most predominant planet in my chart; meaning that it is the planet that interacts with the most other planets in my chart. Until I found out that my moon was in pisces, I was confused. Now, I am way more aware of it and am able to calm down and listen to the dreams and intuitions that emerge from it. I was an escapist for so long... I am now happy in this reality. But still very emotional, psychic and a healer. Nice to read you all! -
-
Re: Moon in Pisces - welcome
Wed, June 7, 2006 - 12:32 AMMy Sun is in Virgo, moon Pisces and rising sign Taurus. I'm not really sure which one is predominant. I know that I was extremely sensitve and niave as a child. I was always worried about others feelings to the detriment of my own. I am also extremelty introverted, and very lonely. Not because there is neccessarily anything wrong with me I am just hyper critical or something. Most intuition I have is negative. I had a really emotionally traumatic experience almost seven years ago and almost lost my mind. It was like everything I was thinking everyone else was too. It just really freaked me out. I kind of recessed into my own world. The worst part was all the negative things that I thought about that would happen. I was afraid to think because I was afraid they would happen. I wasnt sure exactly what to do it was really creepy. For example, one day I was thinking about this jerk of a boyfriend I had. Before I continue I must say that my thinking process was not normal. When I though it was like I was talking to someone and about stuff that normal people dont think about. Anyways, I was thinking what a jerk he was and how he ought to just do himself in and how they would find him dead over a cliff. Several weeks later I found that he committed suicide and they found his body in a car with a hose attached to the endpipe. He had been there for three weeks. For a long time I thought that somehow I was responsible. It happened again with another boyfriend n a similiar way. My husband said it was my mind playing tricks on me. But how come I can remember the conversations clearly. I just dont get it. I know what I said sounds way out there but its true. It was so hard to deal with this because it happened on a daily basis. I prayed that it would go away and it finally did. I went to a counselor and told him I was nuts and he told me I wasnt but didnt tell me what was wrong with me. I stopped seeing him.
Do you think this has anything to do with my alignment?
Sorry about the spellling errors, I'm tired and just finsihed writing three papers. II know its hard to believe but I'm in grad school, and I'm dependent on spell check. -

Re: Moon in Pisces - welcome
Wed, June 14, 2006 - 1:55 PMHi,
Rising Cap
Sun in cap, neptune conjunct mercury in saggitarius all in the 12th house.
Moon in pisces along with pholus, eros and ceres in the 3rd house.
Kristi,
I was a little scared to finish reading your post because it sounds too familiar. I even had an experience like you did with your ex except it didn't end up happning but i was so scared it might i told the person i never wanted them to try anything like that.
With the thinking what other people are thinking... Sometimes when pisces is particularly receptive you seem to just get tuned to other peoples thoughts even more easily than you normally would.
With your ex, do you think that he was going to do it anyway and you just picked up on it psychically. I dont think what you thought really had anything to do with whether he'd do it or not. I think you thought it because he was already thinking it and you just picked up on it. Not about you two in particular, but just about suicide in general. I do that sometimes where i speak to someone sitting next to me and say something or use a key word that someone on tv says two seconds later.
In astrology, some aspects involving neptune, pisces and mercury can have a big effect on the "blurring" of personal thought boundaries. If there aren't any boundaries, all of a sudden their thoughts are coming through as clear as your own would.
I've read quite a few things saying once you figure out what's actually yours and what's someone elses, your home free :)

Re: Moon in Pisces - welcome
Fri, June 30, 2006 - 9:21 AMI love my pisces moon. I am an Aries sun. and find the whole aries/pisces combo very cool(or "neat" rather) to have. since I'm like 2 complete opposites in one. Pisces representing death/old age and caring for others. Aries birth/youth and caring only about yourself.
But I find I act like my pisces moon 80% of the time, unless I'm with friends in public. but alone with 1-2 friends, I tend to be more pisces. Also, I'm an artist of sorts (paint/screenwrite/act) so I'd say that more pisces. but the aries side gives me the confidence and drive to do things many think is impossible or too difficult. -

Re: Moon in Pisces - welcome
Sat, July 1, 2006 - 3:30 PMHey Garett,
I too have the aries sun/pisces moon combo going on. I think it's a great contrast to have, kind of like a split personality i can oscillate between the two opposites at will. I guess the superman/clark kent analogy works pretty well :)
I think both aspects enhance one another.

Sat, July 1, 2006 - 5:52 PMI have the gemini sun/scorpio moon going on. I think I have the angel/devil split personality. -

Re: Moon in Pisces - welcome
Sun, July 2, 2006 - 2:48 AMAn angelic gemini (hmmm lol) and devilish scorp split personality sounds to me a tantilising mixture. I wonder how these two manifest themselves... are you more an angel or devil? -

Re: Moon in Pisces - welcome
Mon, December 31, 2007 - 7:55 AMI dated a gentleman with a Gemini Sun and Scorpio Moon for a bit, I must say he was very sneaky and when he was busted cold being sneaky he was so suave he could just charm his way right out of anything. I witnessed him doing so with his family, his job, friends really everyone even me a couple of times (that I know of). LOL! It was really rather remarkable at times to witness.

Re: Moon in Pisces - welcome
Thu, September 20, 2007 - 4:56 PMHi Tyler and Garett,
Sun in Aries, Pisces Moon myself.
Truly a unique combo: an ancient child.
Old new souls. Miracles and faith !
We should have our own tribe and call it the Alpha-Omega Combination.
An artistic go-getter too. An empathic doer.
It is a priceless combo once you have lived a few ups and down, like impacting yourself with yourself...and falling over your own undone shoe laces.
Oh...sorry for being such a braggart...but was I? -
-
Re: Moon in Pisces - welcome
Fri, September 21, 2007 - 12:50 PMI get along so well with Aries with a moon in pisces!!!
I have a tendency to be so emotional, even about little things. Songs or images make me cry. I had to stop myself from crying this morning cause I was on my way to work. I saw something that reminded me of a pretty place I had been to a while ago. So yeah, I am an emotional nutcase. Although I find that my saturn return made me more emotionally stable. I used to love the extremes of emotions. I tend to wtay away from those now.
I love being a pisces moon because my gemini sun (eventhough it has great qualities for work, communications, etc.) drives me crazy. I annoy myself. And my moon just makes me such a nicer and genuine healing person. Phew! lol.

Re: Moon in Pisces - welcome
Sun, August 16, 2009 - 1:46 AMThis is my 1st post also...new 2 the tribe
Sun in Aries
Moon in Pisces
Libra Rising
As an Aries.... I'm definitely a quick tempered, spontanious, headstrong individual. From the exterior, I show that Aries personality to the world with giddy pride. I have learned that being an Aries is just a small part of who I truely am. My Pisces moon pulls very strong within me. I honestly believe it makes up more of who I truly am. I have also felt so misunderstood with the Aries/Pisces combo. I absolutely love listening/dancing to music. I can't live without my tunes. I have always had a passion for writing/poetry. I find it difficult to verbalize my thoughts and feelings, but when I write it down it just seems to come alive with so much more depth and passion than I can ever seem to express vocally. It can be frustrating for me at times. I'm delighted to find other Aries/Pisces individuals among me here. Finally, people who can relate. Lol! Btw: the Alpha-Omega tribe sounds like a brilliant idea! I tend to have very vivid and colorful dreams. Over the years, I have learned to pay closer attention to them. I have lots of premonition type of dreams. I have recognized the time frame to be 3-5 months prior to the actual event taking place. Whether it be visiting a new area, meeting new ppl, or running into contacts. Its amazing how it seems to play out after I have dreamt about it prior! So my question is: Do the other Aries/Pisces here have similar experiences when it comes to dreaming about events prior to them occuring? I don't tell ppl in my everyday life about it. It's my own secret, and in fact the only one who knows anything about this is my mother. Looking forward to corresponding with all of you! Thank you ~Kim

Re: Moon in Pisces - welcome
Wed, October 11, 2006 - 10:42 AMThis is my very first post here at tribe.
Sun in Capricorn
Rising in Taurus
Moon in Pieces
I’m blessed to have my moon in pieces as my sun sign is in Capricorn. I can identify my self more with my moon sign then any other as I’m constantly experiencing the great highs and lows of life. As I get older I seem to lack more of the conventional traits Capricorn is commonly associated with. This makes work very difficult as I am constantly searching for greater meaning in my every day life. It’s important to embrace a pieces moon as it is almost impossible to ignore. With a moon in pieces greater self expression is a must…It’s difficult to articulate what I want to say a lot of the time and feel a constant overwhelming emotion. Does any one else find that their pieces moon makes it more difficult to connect their words with their feelings due to there intensity? I'm not sure where my rising sign in Taurus falls into all of this as i'm still new to astrology. -

Re: Moon in Pisces - welcome
Sun, August 16, 2009 - 1:54 AMI most definitely relate to it being difficult to connect my words with my feelings because of the intensity.

Mon, November 27, 2006 - 8:46 PMwow a little pisces mooney tribaly thing..
my sun is in aries
my rising is saggitarius
and my moon is in pisces.
someone on here posted this:
Pisces representing death/old age and caring for others. Aries birth/youth and caring only about yourself
and it does make lots of sense.
i always wondered why i wasnt a "textbook" aries.. and it makes sense now. mind you, i do have some aries qualities.
i look for emotional stress because it drives me to succeed. i procrastinate (sag quaility), freak out (pisces, and do something about it (aries). -

I am so glad i've found this place because i don't know anyone else with a Pisces moon. I am only just really discovering myself through finding out this. I've always been shy, confused, indecisive, occasionally an emotional wreck! But i've always managed to make myself happy again by sticking my head up in them clouds and trust me when its there I am totally oblivious to what's going on around me. People fascinate me though i am no social butterfly like an Aquarian should be. I am in love with the idea of love in my head but when i feel it's starting to happen i back away meaning i end up alone. It seems a shame that i enjoy being with someone more when i'm thinking about them than when i'm actually with them! I used to get upset about the way i am but now I know why, I am trying to focus on the positive aspects of this position -

Re: Moon in Pisces - welcome
Fri, February 23, 2007 - 4:01 PMHa when I posted on this I knew absolutely nothing about houses or aspects or anything gawd I have learnt loads since joining. I've come to realise that it's not my actual Pisces moon that is the bain of my life- it's more the fact it's Square my Sag Mars and Saturn that seems to have caused me difficulty. My moon in Pisces is like a close friend, a vulnerable and fragile one at that, and I have caused it much hurt in the past and even tried to ignore it's existance at some points in thinking it was my enemy- but it came through stronger so it was probably something I had to go through to know myself better.
Anyway I am not sure if this is an Aquarian thing or a Pisces moon thing or a bit of both but I've also realised I seem to feel things (physical and emotional) more intensely in my dreams and Imagination than in real life and nothing lives up to my ideals, I've told people about this and they say it's really sad and no way to live but I don't feel I am missing out on anything at all! Does anybody relate to this???

Re: Moon in Pisces - welcome
Sun, July 6, 2008 - 6:46 AMDear maha, I have a Taurus sun and a pisces moon, sag ascedant with mars in leo and venus in aries. I think the moon is really the most important. I am looking for another person with a Pisces moon. My life has been very interesting. Sometimes I think Pisces never rise to the top ina career field because of self doubt. I fight that battle everyday. I am a criminal defense attorney and the conflict is unbelieveable. Everyday I carry the burdens of others, and it is difficult. I live out in the country in a really beautiful log cabin. It is a great life. Although I feel overwhelmed sometimes. I think the thing about the moon sign is I really don't want to have to explain my self to another person. Only another Pisces moon could understand what that is about. Sincerely, Mark -

Re: Moon in Pisces - welcome
Fri, December 12, 2008 - 4:28 PMyeah i dont like to explain myself too and i dont like people tring to push me for anything. i also can see a situation and understand why people acted like they did, what emotions made they do something.
i think its a good thing pisces moon gives the ability of seeing urself in other people or beings, i love animals very much, includying human being! lol
anyone else have this insights about other people?
