Amelia, you seem to have develop the right way of going about it. Yes, it may not happen the way we wanted it but it still does, sometimes after we forgot putting out the order.
However, you should not feel guilty about it, unless it is something that run against someone else's interests.
You have to be very ethical in such things or it becomes black magic and, and I think that you eventually get the backlash
The fact that your wish was granted is a good sign in itself.

You have to know what you really want and not infuse it with fear and then wait for the delivery in the way that the universe judges best. You could also get a lesson delivered! but one that you need to learn.

And John, you have to concentrate and see the end result clearly. If you send spastic energy into the universe, you get spastic result.
Everything is energy. It is all energy and even matter is hollow energy.

So, yes, I always get what I want or just about but not the way I expect it so now I try to handle things at my end as impeccably as I can and then sit back and let the universe work for me.
